Join Recreation and Parks on Saturday, April 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and celebrate Maryland Archeology Month and the 120th anniversary of the town of Sykesville. Participate in an archaeological dig to look for and catalog artifacts in South Branch Park.

About The Event
Join Recreation and Parks on Saturday, April 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and celebrate Maryland Archaeology Month and the 120th anniversary of the town of Sykesville. Participate in an archaeological dig to look for and catalog artifacts in South Branch Park. Learn about the history of the Sykes and Patterson families and participate in hands-on activities from the time period. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
